Jeff Phillips was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived there with his mother until he was 11 years old.

Jeff and his mother finally made their way to the sunshine state years later where he still resides.

Jeff has grown up with Chihuahua's most of his life and currently owns an orange Tabby named Neo which he rescued from a local shelter.

Jeff aspires to one day earn a degree in Biology and continue on the path to becoming a veterinarian.
