The Chatham Animal Clinic was started at 251 West Chatham Street in downtown Cary by Dr. Krakowski in 1983. 

In 1994 a new facility was constructed at 105 Oceana Place near the Chatham Street and Old Apex Roads intersection, and the name changed to Chatham Animal Hospital. 

In July of 2006, Dr. Amy Wrenn joined our team, and her expertise has been a welcomed addition to the professional skills offered at Chatham.
