Dr. Steinberg is a native Long Islander and graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. He performed a rotating small animal surgery and medicine internship at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan and spent the following year as an emergency veterinarian at New York City Veterinary Specialists. He spent another 2 years practicing high quality veterinary medicine at Park East Animal Hospital in Manhattan.

Dr. Steinberg has a fantastic wife Suzi, amazing boy/girl twins, Daniel and Hannah, and two cats, Samantha and Jake (also twins, being from the same litter). His special interests in veterinary medicine include neurology, emergency medicine, and especially being the bridge between owners and pets helping people keep their pets happy and healthy.
