Dr. Sheehy is a 1990 Graduate of Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She belongs to many groups including the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, the Association of Avian Veterinarians, American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior, International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management and the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. Dr. Sheehy has a special interest in taking care of birds, exotics and english bulldogs. She has volunteered her time as the onsite vet for the Michigan Basset Rescue Waddle since 1997. One of her favorite activities is wildlife photography. She and her husband, Brad Davis DVM, share their home with their english bulldog, named Mina, two cats, a macaw, 2 conures, and a cockatiel.
